By browsing this website you agree to use it for lawful purposes and not to copy, scrape, republish or resell its contents. Prices, availability and session details shown here are current at the time of writing and may change; the written agreement issued for a booking governs that booking.

A date is held once a signed session agreement and a retainer are received. The retainer is applied to the session total and reserves the photographer's time for that date, which is why it is non refundable if the client cancels.

The balance is due on or before the session date unless the agreement states otherwise. Sessions start at $1,500; weekday sessions and golden hour weekday sessions are priced separately.

Nearly every session is outdoors in natural light, so weather is a normal part of planning. If conditions make the session unworkable, it is rescheduled to the next mutually available date at no additional charge and the retainer carries over.

A client who reschedules with reasonable notice keeps the retainer against the new date. Repeated changes may require a new retainer to hold a further date.

The creative and technical direction of the shoot, including composition, timing, styling guidance and post processing, is the photographer's. Requests and shot lists are welcome and, where practical, worked into the plan.

Clients are asked to arrive on time; sessions are scheduled around the light and a late start usually cannot be extended.

Edited images are delivered in a private, password protected online gallery. Turnaround is stated in the session agreement and varies by session type.

Only selected, edited frames are delivered. Unedited files, out of focus frames and duplicates are not released. Galleries stay live for the period named in the agreement, and files are archived afterwards but not guaranteed indefinitely, so download and back up your images.

Copyright in every photograph remains with Bridget Daehler Photography. Clients receive a personal use license, and businesses receive the commercial license set out in their agreement.

Details of what a license allows are on the image license page. Editing, cropping, applying filters to or removing watermarks from delivered images is not permitted without written approval.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, accident or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid or to rescheduling the session, at the client's choice. The photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
